JIMMIE BELL, President/CEO

Jimmie Bell is a former NFL Defensive Lineman, having played with the New York Giants and the San Diego Chargers, as well as for the Frankfort Galaxy, and Berlin Thunder of NFL Europe.

Bell played football at Ursuline High School, in Youngstown, Ohio, where he received All-Ohio recognition, and was an All-American selection. Following high school, Bell attended Ohio State, during which time his teams won a Rose Bowl and 2 Big Ten Championships.

In addition to his involvement with NFL Flag, Bell works with SportsWorld, an international organization that utilizes former professional athletes to positively impact the lives of our youth.

JEFFREY GREENLEY, Vice President/COO

Jeffrey Greenley is a former Assistant Attorney General and National Guard Judge Advocate, who is currently serving as the Superintendent of Belpre City Schools.

Greenley began his career as a History Teacher, prior to becoming a Law Clerk for the Dayton Public School System.

Greenley later relocated to the Ohio River Valley where served in the Switzerland School District, an Instructor, an Assistant Principal, the Director of Human Resources, and as the Superintendent.

MITCHELL GREATHOUSE, League Commissioner

Mitchell Greathouse is a former Vice President of the Belpre Soccer Club where he served as the Head of Field Operations, and coached for several seasons, leading various age divisions to League Championships.

Greathouse currently serves on the Board of Directors for the West Central Soccer Association as well as Vice President of the Parkersburg Soccer Club, where he continues to serve as the Head of Field Operations.

His incredibly positive influence on the local youth makes Greathouse one of the most highly sought-after coaches in the area.

JEFF FREELAND, Assistant League Commissioner

Jeff Freeland is a former Student Football Coach at Youngstown State University where he earned his degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration

Prior to returning to the Mid-Ohio Valley, Freeland spent several years in Hilliard, Ohio where he was actively involved with his son's athletic career while at Hilliard Darby High School.

Freeland is very experienced in Youth League Administration, having been a member of a leadership group that was responsible for creating a Flag Football League in Columbus, Ohio.

J.E. KIRKPATRICK, Director of Officiating

J.E. Kirkpatrick is a former Long Snapper for the Washington Huskies, and teammate of Washington Athletic Club, President/CEO, Chuck Nelson.

During the 1981-82 seasons Nelson set an NCAA record 30 consecutive field goals, with Kirkpatrick as his snapper... a record that lasted for 37 years, and a feat that helped earn the Huskies an Orange Bowl Ring.

Kirkpatrick remains involved in the sport of football as a member of the MOVHSFA Selection Committee, and by continuing to mentor young football enthusiasts from around the area.

THOMAS RODDY, Director of Marketing & Promotions

Thomas Roddy is a graduate of Otterbein University, where he was a 4-year letterman in football, and the President of Zeta-Phi enroute to earning degrees in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, and Psychology. 

Following college, Roddy served as the Director of Sales for the Krylon Division of Sherwin Williams and was responsible for for both the US and Canadian markets.

In recent years, Roddy served as a Wide Receivers Coach for the Parkersburg Big Reds Football Team, and is currently involved in a variety of local business ventures.

JEFF TOTTEN, Director of Media Relations / Registrar

Jeff Totten is a retired, 5-time Emmy Award winning Sports Broadcast Engineer, having spent a 35 year career in Los Angeles, California, covering sporting events with Fox Sports, ESPN, TNT, CBS, NBC, ABC, The Pac12 Network, NBA Entertainment, and the NFL Network.

Totten spent 20 seasons working with Los Angeles based MLB, NBA, NHL, MLS, and WNBA teams, and assisted with the production of "The Best Damn Sports Show Period".

Totten is currently the Secretary/Treasurer of the MOV2GO Foundation- Institute of Media Technologies, and serves as the Host of High School Football Weekly
