YOUTH:EMPOWERED NFL FLAG FOOTBALL
We are Youth:Empowered... an organization dedicated to enhancing the lives of our local youth through education and athletics. We are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization operating in the Mid-Ohio Valley and comprised of community leaders who are committed to innovation, teamwork, and results-driven success.
Our goal is to introduce young men and women to the sport of football in a friendly, safe and professional environment, while improving their physical and mental state of wellness. We strive to create opportunities in sports by connecting administrators, coaches, teams, and families with tools that help save time, reduce confusion, and grow participation.
Our commitment is to be thoughtful leaders to our partners, constantly work to improve our services, develop customer-focused solutions, and back it with friendly, knowledgeable support. Our unwavering commitment to supporting our partners is our guide as we continue to improve and innovate, so that you can get back to fostering a love for the game for generations to come.
Youth:Empowered NFL Flag Football is a 5 on 5 flag football league featuring 5 co-ed divisions (8u, 10u, 12u, 14u, and 18u), and 2 girl divisions (13u and 18u)
Participants will be assigned to teams based on their proximity to designated practice regions. These practice regions are designed to prevent participants from needing to travel long distances to participate in practice sessions.
During the upcoming 2025 season, teams will be competing in an 7-week regular season that will begin on Sunday March 2, end on Sunday April 13, and feature a bye week for all teams on Sunday April 20.
The League Playoffs will be held on Sunday April 27 & Sunday May 4.
The Super Bowl will be held on Sunday May 12 and feature the AFC and NFC Champions representing each age group.
All regular season games will be played at the NFL Flag Football facility located at Belpre High School, with Super Bowl Games being played at Ralph Holder Stadium.
